Insurance

Although we do NOT bill any insurance company, we make the process of submitting to your insurance yourself as easy and convenient as possible. We will be happy to provide a invoice (superbly) that contains all the necessary codes and records.

For traditional insurance, your superbills would have to be submitted by you (the patient) as an out-of-network provider. Again, we can provide those bills as requested. All you have to do is request them from us at drchandrahill@gmail.com.

We are also happy to accept card payments through your Health Savings Accounts. If your HSA or FSA requires coded bills to be submitted, we can provide those for you at the time of your request.
